OPEN ONLY TO eligible LEGAL RESIDENTS OF the 50 united states , DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA and puerto rico WHO ARE AT least 18 YEARS of age AS OF DATE OF ENTRY.

1. VERY BRIEF OVERVIEW: VolunteerBIG’s “Pre-Registration Contest”consists of an Entry and Recruiting Contest (“Contest”) and a Sweepstakes, collectively, the “Promotion.” The Promotion on 5/15/11 on or about 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 6/31/11 at 11:59:59 P.M., ET (“Promotion Period”). THE CONTEST: The Contest provides entrants the opportunity to pre-register for the volunteerbig platform and recruit friends who care about the community to do so too. Winners will be selected based upon an electronic raffle, as outlined in (3d). An entrant may recruit as many friends as they like. THE SWEEPSTAKES: Entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each friend recruited, after first singing up for pre-registration themselves. To reach different prize levels, the indicated number of friends must be recruited, or a self-addressed stamped envelope sent to the details below. The Sweepstakes drawings will be conducted Progressivity, LLC the independent agency administering this Promotion. Non-winning will be carried over to subsequent drawings. The computer of Progressivity, LLC shall be deemed to be the official Promotion clock. A calendar day shall be deemed to start at 12:00 A.M., ET on a given day and end at 11:59:59 P.M., ET of that day. Prizes will be awarded only after confirmation of eligibility of potential winners. By participating in this Promotion, you agree that Progressivity, LLC. (“Sponsor”) and eventual first local contest sponsor have ermission to use and to post your name, volunteerwork listed, and city/state of residence, as necessary, for the operation of the Promotion. The decisions of Sponsor and Progressivity, LLC shall be final and binding in all matters pertaining to this Promotion. Be sure to carefully read these Official Rules since you will be bound by them by entering.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to all legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry; however, officers, directors, employees and independent contractors of Sponsor, Progressivity LLC, their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising, promotional and judging agencies, persons engaged in the development, production, or distribution of materials for this Promotion (collectively, the “Sponsor & Others”) and the immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, spouse, grandmothers, and/or grandfathers, and the “steps” of each) of, and/or persons living in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate.

3. THE CONTEST: (A) HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST FOR AN IPAD 2 AND IPAD NANO: During the Promotion Period, go to the “VolunteerBIG Website “Application on volunteerbig.com, which utilizes the Facebook® Platform; and follow the instructions to connect with Facebook to create an account. Once you have confirmed that you have read and agreed to these Official Rules, click the “Connect” button and you will be register. Follow the on-screen instructions recruit friends for more entries. One (1) additional entry will be accrued with every recruit. You must recruit 3 friends to be eligible for the Nano, and 5 friends to be eligible for the Ipad 2. Thereafter, you may return each day during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions to recruit more friends. You may recruit as many friends as you would like; however, each friend must be a real person, and not a phony facebook account. We verify this with our own special techniques, so watch out or you’ll be disqualified and recruits be received prior to the end of the Promotion Period. As stated above, before entering, you must indicate your agreement that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and that your essay and you are and will be in compliance with this Rule 3 and Rule 5 below. All information becomes the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. (B) ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: The entry must be a real person. No robotic or computer tools can be used. If we detect foul play, your entry will be removed. D) SELECTION OF WINNER/JUDGING CRITERIA: On or about 6/2/11 our computer will review entrants for eligibility and select 1 entrant for a Nano and 1 for a iPad 2. Selections are made based on the following criteria (1) SELECTION CRITERIA: (i) 1 entry is given upon signup, and 1 for every friend recruited (ii) 3 recruits are necessary for Nano drawing. (iii) 5 recruits are necessary for iPad drawing. (or follow the The Contest Computer’s decisions shall be final and binding. The potential Contest Winner will be notified by email on or about 6/5/11. At this point, shipping confirmation will be required. The potential Contest Winner is subject to verification, including without limitation, verification of eligibility, compliance with these official rules and execution of all required documents described herein, including but not limited to an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Copyright Assignment and, where lawful, a Publicity Release, and any other such documents as may be reasonably requested by Sponsor in order to irrevocably assign and transfer to Sponsor any and all rights, title and interest in the essay, and to return these properly signed documents to Sponsor within five (5) days of date of the sending of the notice or the potential Essay Contest Winner will forfeit the Essay Content Prize in its entirety and, a new winner will be selected as the potential Contest Winner. Sponsor also reserves the right, where allowed by law, to require a potential Contest Winner to submit to a confidential background check to confirm eligibility as a condition of awarding the Contest Prize to help ensure that the use of any such person in advertising or publicity for the promotion will not bring Sponsor & Others into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If a potential Contest Winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian must sign all required documents on the his/her behalf. Entrants agree that the Sponsor has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Promotion and that all decisions of Sponsor are final and binding. (E) CONTEST PRIZE (1): iPod Nano (http://store.apple.com/us/engrave/MC691LL/A?mco=MTg5MTY5ODQ) or iPad 2 (http://store.apple.com/us/configure/MC979LL/A?mco=MjE0OTIzOTI), depending upon which prize they are selected for. These prizes must be used in compliance with its terms and conditions of each product on prospective pages and as allowed by law. Sponsor is not responsible for misplaced, lost, stolen or tampered with Prizes. (ARV of all prizes summed together: $650). All costs and expenses not expressly included in the Contest Prize, e.g., all federal, state and local taxes, are solely the responsibility of the Essay Contest Winner. Prize is not redeemable for cash; nor is it transferrable or substitutable, except by Sponsor with one of equal or greater value. Award of the Contest Prize is contingent upon the verification of the potential Contest Winner’s eligibility and verification and prompt return of the signed documents stated above.

4. THE T-SHIRT SWEEPSTAKES: (a) how to enter: Connect through facebook to our contest page. All data becomes the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. (B) RANDOM DRAWING (Drawings happen 6/2/11 and 7/2/11): On these days, VolunteerBIG will conduct a random drawing from eligible participants to select 10 t-shirt winners. The potential Sweepstakes Winners will be notified by e-mail within seven (7) business days of the date they have been selected as Sweepstakes Winners. (B) T-Shirt PRIZES (20): Each Sweepstakes Winner will receive a VolunteerBIG t-shirt in their size. (ARV: $20 each; TARV of all Sweepstakes Prize: $400). All costs and expenses not expressly included in the Sweepstakes Prize, e.g., all federal, state and local taxes, are solely the responsibility of each Sweepstakes Winner. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes depend on the total number of all eligible entries received in that respective Daily Sweepstakes, including entries carried forward from previous daily drawings. Prizes are not redeemable for cash; nor are they transferrable or substitutable. In the event that a Sweepstakes Prize is not awarded to a Sweepstakes Winner because the potential Sweepstakes Winner is unreachable, the Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential Sweepstakes Winner declines acceptance of the Sweepstakes Prize; or if in Sponsor’s determination, the potential Sweepstakes Winner has not complied with these Official Rules, Sponsor will award the Sweepstakes Prize to a randomly selected alternate potential Sweepstakes Winner. Limit: A maximum of one (1) Sweepstakes Prize per person or household address; however, a Sweepstakes Winner is eligible to win the iPad and nano Contest Prize.

5. REPRESENTATIONS/ WARRANTIES; GRANTS/WAIVERS; AND INDEMNIFICATION/RELEASE AS CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: (a) REPRESENTATIONS/WARRANTIES: By registering and/or recruiting friends, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal capacity to enter this Contest; (ii) you are who you say you are; (iii) you have not used any “bots”, “computers”, “programs” or “robots” to create additional entries(iv) you have only created one account on VolunteerBIG for your person. (B) GRANTS/WAIVERS: By entering, you irrevocably grant Sponsor and its affiliates, legal representatives, assigns, agents and licensees, the unconditional, unlimited and perpetual right and permission to store, copy, transmit, post, broadcast, display, exhibit and/or otherwise use, reuse, or not use your entry or any portion of your entry in any and all media without limitation, worldwide and throughout perpetuity, without additional compensation, notice to, or approval from you. You understand and agree that although you have granted Sponsor the right to use or reuse your entry or any portion thereof as stated herein above, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect not to so use any said entry. YOU REPRESENT, UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL NOT BE PAID FOR OR RECEIVE ANY FORM OF COMPENSATION OR ROYALTY IN EXCHANGE FOR GRANTING SPONSOR THESE RIGHTS OR FOR ANY SUBSEQUENT USE, POSTING, DISPLAY OR EXHIBIT OF SUCH ENTRY BY SPONSOR (OTHER THAN THE PRIZE THAT MAY BE AWARDED TO THE CONTEST OR SWEEPSTAKES WINNER.) You hereby waive all intellectual property rights, privacy/publicity rights or other legal or moral rights that might limit or preclude Sponsor’s use of your photo or contact information and agree not to sue or assert any claim against Sponsor & Others arising out of or connected to the use, posting, display of your photo or your participation in this Promotion. (C) INDEMNIFICATION/RELEASE: You further agree to indemnify and hold Sponsor & Others harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) and liabilities (including settlements), brought or asserted by any third party against any of them due to or arising out of your submission, uploading, posting, display or exhibit of your likeness, or your conduct in recruiting friends or other actions in connection with this Promotion including, but not limited to, claims for trademark infringement, copyright infringement; work product, violation of an individual's right of publicity or right of privacy; or defamation. You further agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor & Others from any and all claims that any advertising subsequently produced, presented, and/or prepared by or on behalf of Sponsor infringes your rights with regard to the entry or any portion thereof. As stated above, posting of your photo in promotional materials does not mean that Sponsor has determined the entry is in compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants that do not comply with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion may be disqualified and removed from the any website belonging to or controlled by Sponsor at any time.

6. INTERNET/LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor & Others are not responsible for interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections; for miscommunications; failed telephone or computer transmissions; for jumbled, scrambled or misdirected entries or transmissions; for phone, electrical, network, computer hardware or software or program malfunctions, failures or difficulties; for other errors, omissions, interruptions, or deletions of any kind, whether human, typographical, mechanical or electronic; or for any damage to any person's computer related to participating in the Promotion. Sponsor & Others are not responsible for illegible, unintelligible, late, lost, stolen or entries that were not received; for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; or for any typographical, technical or human errors which may occur in the processing of any entries in this Promotion. Sponsor & Others are not liable in the event that any portion of the Promotion is cancelled due to weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, or any other condition beyond their control (a "Force Majeure event"). Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Promotion as solely determined by Sponsor will be disqualified and may be subject to prosecution. Any person attempting to enter using multiple email addresses, multiple identities, any bot, robotic or any other device or artifice to enter multiple times or to interfere with the proper play of this Promotion or to be otherwise behaving in an unsportsmanlike manner as determined by Sponsor will be disqualified from participation in the Promotion. If in the judgment of Sponsor, the Promotion is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which corrupts the administration, security, fairness or intended proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, and as allowed by law, to modify, discontinue, suspend or terminate the Promotion and proceed to select potential winners in a manner it deems fair and reasonable, including the selection of potential winners in a random drawing from among eligible entries received prior to any such modification, discontinuation, suspension or termination. Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in this Promotion will be collected by Sponsor or its designee and used by Sponsor and its designees for purposes of the proper administration, fulfillment, publicizing and promotion of the Promotion as described in these Official Rules, as stated in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at www.volunteerbig.com/privacy or as otherwise expressly consented to by entrant during any separate opt-in opportunity provided to entrant during entry into the Promotion. If an entrant does not fully agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, such entrant should not provide any personal information on the website or enter the Promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE promotion IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address obtained at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

7. RELEASE: By participating in the Promotion, each entrant releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor & Others from and against any and all costs, claims, damages, (including, without limitation, any special, incidental or consequential damages), or any other injury, whether due to negligence or otherwise, to person(s) or property (including, without limitation, death or violation of any personal rights, such as violation of right of publicity/privacy, libel, or slander), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Promotion, or arising out of participation in any Promotion-related activity, or the receipt, enjoyment, participation in, use or misuse, of any Prize related activity.

8. PUBLICITY RIGHTS: By accepting a prize, each Winner agrees to allow Sponsor and/or Sponsor's designees the perpetual right to use his/her name, biographical information, photos and/or likeness, and statements for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including but not limited to on the World Wide Web and Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. Additionally, the Grand Prize Winner agrees to grant to Sponsor and/or its designees the same rights and to the same extent as allowed immediately above to interview, essay, and/or videotape him/her and to use said interview, essay and/or videotape him/her as allowed by law.

9. GENERAL: By entering this Promotion, participants agree to abide by and accept these Official Rules and to comply with the Terms of Use and other contracts and policies governing the FACEBOOK platform (available athttp://facebook.com.terms.php, including facebook’s privacy policy as stated at http://www.facebook.com/policy.php?ref=pf). Participants waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules or in the FACEBOOK Terms of Use. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to VolunteerBIG and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for contest purposes. You also release facebook of all liability. 10. Sponsor’s decisions shall be final in all matters pertaining to this Promotion. Sponsor & Others are not responsible for incomplete, lost, damaged, stolen, misdirected, late, illegible, or mutilated entries or mail received by Sponsor or entries or mail not received by Sponsor. Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Promotion will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, exclusively by the State of Pennsylvania. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All judgments or awards shall be limited to actual incurred out-of-pocket expenses (excluding attorneys' fees) associated with participation in this Sweepstakes and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages.
